Paula Deen's - Peanut Butter and Chocolate Brownie Cupcakes

Let me start off by saying, please excuse the finger holes in these cupcakes. It happens when an 8 year old his hunger for chocolate.

I watched Paula do this on the Food Network a couple of weeks ago and redid them last night from memory. They where good but very sweet. I think next time I will put have the brownie mix in the the chips the the rest of the mix.

I always have brownie mix on hand, ALWAYS. I buy the bulk box at Wall Mart.

Recipe

For this recipe you will need on box brownie mix and one bag of peanut butter chips.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line 24 regular muffin cups with paper cupcake liners. Make one batch of brownie mix according to the box directions. Fill liners half full with brownie mix and top with peanut butter chips. I baked mine for about 20 minutes and they where wonderful.
